Customer Agreement:

By using the services provided by Vreeland Legal Inc, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Non-Attorney Legal Resource Corporation: I understand and acknowledge that Vreeland Legal Inc is a Non-Attorney Legal Resource Corporation.

2. No Legal Advice: I understand that the services provided by Vreeland Legal Inc are not a substitute for professional legal advice. Any information provided by Vreeland Legal Inc is for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice.

3. Please note that all Vreeland Legal Inc. sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Thank you for your understanding.

4. No Attorney-Client Relationship: I understand that the use of Vreeland Legal Inc's services does not create an attorney-client relationship between myself and Vreeland Legal Inc or any of its employees or representatives.

5. By utilizing the services provided by Vreeland Legal Inc., the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein, including the understanding that under no circumstances shall they pursue legal action against Vreeland Legal Inc. for any dissatisfaction or perceived lack of satisfaction with the services rendered. This agreement acknowledges that Vreeland Legal Inc. operates as a non-attorney legal resource corporation and offers guidance and support in good faith, but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The customer accepts full responsibility for their decisions and actions based on the information provided by Vreeland Legal Inc., and waives any right to seek recourse through legal proceedings in the event of dissatisfaction. It is understood that by engaging with Vreeland Legal Inc., the customer assumes all associated risks and releases Vreeland Legal Inc. from any liability arising from their use of the services.

6. Use of Information: I agree that any information provided by Vreeland Legal Inc is to be used at my own discretion. Vreeland Legal Inc is not responsible for any actions taken based on the information provided.

7. Consultation with Licensed Attorney: We recommend consulting with a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction or we will gladly recommend one of our affiliated partnered attorneys.

8. Limitation of Liability: I agree that Vreeland Legal Inc and its employees or representatives shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vreeland Legal Inc and its employees or representatives from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or in connection with my use of its services.

10. Modification of Terms: Vreeland Legal Inc reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is my responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.

By using the services provided by Vreeland Legal Inc, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
